Is this a fitness challenge?

No. This is a faith-based walking challenge, not a workout program. The walking is simply a tool to create space to pray, listen, and walk intentionally with Jesus. The Walk, coupled with the Mini-Study, is powerful!

How long do the daily walks take?

You choose the length and pace of your laps. Most participants spend 20–45 minutes per day, but you are free to walk shorter or longer based on your schedule and physical ability.

What does “7 laps” mean?

Each participant chooses their own route. One lap could be around your block, driveway, yard, or even inside your home. The focus is obedience and consistency, not distance.

What if I miss a day or fall behind?

There is no pressure and no perfection required. Simply pick up where you left off. This challenge is about walking with Jesus, not keeping a perfect streak.

Do I need to be spiritually mature to join?

Not at all. This challenge is for anyone who wants to hear God more clearly, break strongholds, and walk in obedience—no matter where you are in your faith journey.

What if I don’t hear God clearly yet?

That’s okay. Many participants join because they feel spiritually stuck or disconnected. The structure of the challenge is designed to help quiet distractions and create space to listen.

Is there a specific denomination or theology?

This challenge is Bible-based and Christ-centered, welcoming believers from different backgrounds who desire a deeper walk with Jesus.
